David joined Scootfarm Enterprises in August of 2012 after spending nearly 15 years in the restaurant/hospitality industries acting as owner/occupier to 3 New England restaurants. Mr. Mardirosian was heavily involved in the business in all facets from day time operations to back of the house and customer facing as well. All 3 restaurants had extensive wine lists and specialty foods and Mr. Mardiroisan spent a large portion of his time choosing and pairing wines with his complex menus.
David has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Curry College in Milton, MA and has furthered his education at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA and Emerson College in Boston, MA.
Scootfarm Export Management specializes in the trading of specialty foods, cosmetics and wine and spirits. We are always eager to develop new trading partners, while continuing to maintain the valuable relationships we have already established in international trade markets.

Eric shares Vincent's vision of selling American made products abroad. He is responsible for strategic decision making that is the result of detailed market analysis. He has a background in contract drafting and finance before joining Scootfarm.
Eric is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law located in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey and is registered as Scootfarm's In-House Counsel in the state of Rhode Island. He did his undergraduate studies at Manhattan College.
Vincent founded the company in 2011 with a vision of distributing gourmet coffee and reserve wines within the United States. Soon after, new opportunities arose in exporting US-made products to countries all over the globe. Vincent and the team take special pride in exporting goods to countries whose merchants are typically exporting products to the United States.
